I want to make it so that students are properly informed when things are out of service in halls such as lifts and showers. i feel that students should be emailed or alerted on the ltu app if anything is out of service. As well as being notified of when it will be sorted. Because students will end up struggling if they are not informed and cannot access certain necessities
