The BME officer works to represent all Black, Minority & Ethnic students here at Leeds Trinity University. They work throughout the year on a variety of projects and they also have involvement in our events for our Black History Month.

I am Zoha Shah, I study Broadcast Journalism and I am in my third year.

What do you hope to achieve in your role?

I am the BME representative for this year and I hope to make next year more social and have more events which BME students can take part in.

Any top tips for LTU students?

My top tip for students would be to make the most of your time while you're at LTU, get involved in anything and everything and have fun.

What would you like students to know about you?

I will always be happy to help ANY student with anything, So please do ask!!
