Did you know that you can hire out The Student Bar for your private use?
Great for meetings, celebrations, or just social gatherings in your own exclusive space. Let us take the stress out of the planning for you.
Please see the charges below for our standard offering, if you require a bespoke event or offer then please contact us on LTSUstudentunion@leedstrinity.ac.uk with your details and information and we will arrange to meet with you and start planning your event.
Please note all charges are inclusive of VAT, booking is preferred with a minimum of 4 weeks’ notice to ensure sufficient time for planning and ensuring your event goes well and payment is required in advance.
Hire the Bar
Hire of the bar area also includes the bar being open for service, all drinks would be chargeable, but it can be arranged for a “bar tab” to be set up to be charged at an agreed maximum level.
The space is available for hire Monday – Sunday from 11am – 11pm dependence on prior arranged use and bookings.
- Hire of The Student Bar exclusively for up to 4 hours £150.00
- Additional hire of the The Student Bar per hour £90.00 per hour
- Breakfast sandwiches (Sausage / Vegan Sausage) £3.00 each / per person
- Selection of Cakes £3.00 per person / serve
- Cold Sandwich Buffet £7.50 per person
- Hot Drinks £1.00 per serve / person
- Soft Drinks from £1.50 each / per person
- Wine £15.00 per bottle
- Prosecco £25.00 per bottle
We are also able to provide background music as standard, if you wished for a DJ for your event then we can provide this, but this would be an additional charge, as would any other entertainment provision.
You can have pre-arranged access prior to your event (free of charge) to decorate the space if required, please note all decorations MUST be fire resistant.
Cancellation Policy
Please note, if you need to cancel your booking there are charges that will be incurred dependent upon the notice time given to cancel. Please see the cancellation charges below.
- Less than 48 hours’ notice – Full payment required and no refund due.
- 48 hours - 1 week notice – 50% refund due.
- 1 week – 2 weeks’ notice – 75% refund due.
- 2 weeks plus notice given – 100% refund due.
