We can’t offer legal advice or represent you formally, but we’ll always make sure you know the best next steps and where to get the right help.
The LTSU Advice Service is delivered by an external advice provider acting on behalf of Leeds Trinity Students’ Union (LTSU).
Any information you share when accessing the service will be processed by this provider solely for the purpose of delivering independent advice and support, and only where necessary.
Your data will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection legislation, including the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. It will not be shared more widely without your consent unless there is a legal basis to do so (for example, where there is a risk of serious harm).
