"The night was an amazing success and one where everybody truly loved it from start to finish." The night was incredible and said to be a “great end to a fantastic year” by the History society. "There were some amazing awards up for grabs which included the 'New society of the year', 'Society of the year' and 'Event of the year'." Due to the amount of quality nominations this year the Student Activities Committee had to deliberate over two days.
This year saw the introduction of the first official after party at Pryzm which allowed all students to stay together longer to celebrate the fantastic season they have had with each other.
The Christian Union tweeted, “We had such a wonderful evening last night at the #LTSUAwards 3 years in a row for Christian Union winning Society of the Year woo! Also congratulations to all the other winners. Thank you @LeedsTrinitySU for all the effort you put into making last night great :)”.
"It was an incredible experience from the start of the build up to the awards all the way to the end of the night in Pryzm and we cannot wait for next year’s sports awards!"
Highlights from the evening include head or tails, shout off, the official after party (which sold out at the door in 15 minutes), the three course meal, the photographs, our new snap chat filter and clubs sharing their experience with @LeedstrinitySU over twitter with our new twitter wall.
