Understanding and Managing Stress

Stress is a normal part of being human, we all experience stress at certain points.  The demands of university life may mean you are more susceptible to stress.  Stress and anxiety can occur when we feel the demands placed upon us feel to be beyond our perceived abilities to cope.  This workshop will help you to recognise the signs of stress and learn ways to manage the stress response.
