This is an exciting opportunity to coordinate our new SU Shop providing excellent customer service underpinned by best practice retail principles. Our SU Shop will provide a range of grocery items and clothing. This is a new venture for the organisation and we are keen to appoint someone with creativity and ideas to help us develop this exciting service. The role is part time, term time only and fixed term with a view that should it be successful we would seek to continue the role. Additionally, the post holder will provide administrative support for the organisation and be the first point of contact for students on our reception desk which is situated within the SU Shop. Salary £16,000 (actual across duration of the role is £6856)
Fixed term 30 hours per week 10am - 4pm during term time only until March 2019.

The Union Engagement Team play an exciting and important role in our work with Leeds Trinity students. Be it providing a friendly face during Freshers’ Week taking students on a range of on and off campus activities, providing excellent customer service to students at one of our information points for events or coordinating a project on the Union’s behalf such as our Staff Awards, Green Impact or Give it a Go.
We aim to employ and develop our current students wherever possible as we believe you are the best people to know what Leeds Trinity students want. The role is flexible around your timetable and around key Union activity with a range of projects being offered throughout the year.
