  • No glass bottles to be taken on to the football field or 3G pitch

  • No alcohol to be consumed in the sports centre, academic buildings or the 3G pitch

  • Disruptive, aggressive or threatening behaviour of spectators will result in removal from the University site and further disciplinary action

  • A zero-tolerance approach to bullying, harassment and discrimination

  • Foul or abusive language directed towards opponents, staff or match officials will not be tolerated and will lead to removal from the University site

  • All Students and Guests must follow the instructions of The LTU Security team at all time

Social Activity / Campus Outlets

Our campus outlets will be extending their opening hours for Wednesday's event to provide a variety of food and beverage opportunities as per the below:

  • The SU Cafe (Trinitea) will be open until 7pm

  • The Dining Room (Street Food Outlet) will be open until 6:30pm

  • 53.3 Degrees (Atrium Cafe) will be open as normal

Please note that we will not be selling alcohol on the University premises. For spectators wishing to consume alcohol, the Old Ball pub will be open from 12pm onwards and we have partnered with them as our recommended venue.

Whilst the Men's Rugby fixture is on, Yarnbury Rugby Club will also be operating a bar.

Please drink responsibly if consuming alcohol and ensure that you adhere to all of the above Code of Conduct / Behaviour rules in relation to alcohol consumption. If you have any concerns about anybody's safety who is under the influence of alcohol, please find a Security guard or venue staff member. Your safety as students is our absolute priority. No players will be able to compete in their fixtures if under the influence of alcohol.

There will also be evening post-event and night time social events at both the Box in Headingley and at Antics in Home.

First Aid / Security

Please note that Security will be acting as our designated first aiders for all fixtures in campus venues. If you experience any first aid issues as a player or a spectator, please find the closest member of Security and / or venue staff member so that they can assist you. If you are at an external venue, please ensure that you are aware of the first aid / emergency incident protocols and how to get support when you need this.
