Student Council roles
International Students Officer
This role supports and represents our International students and the student taking on this role should be an International student.
Mature & Part-Time Students' Officer
Responsible for representing Mature and Part Time students this role ensures both the Union and University are doing everything they can for these students.
Postgraduate Students' Officer
Representing Postgraduate students the person in this role should be a Postgraduate student by September 2018 at Leeds Trinity University.
A new role which champions the environment and challenges the Union and University to be sustainable in its practices.
School of Arts and Communications Representative and School of Health and Social Sciences Representative
Two roles open to students from these Schools. These roles work closely with the SU President, Academic Group Reps and Course Reps in ensuring students academic interests are looked after.
Academic Group Reps
Academic Group reps look after and represent the interests of students by subject area. The following roles are still available.
Roles are available where these were not elected in the previous elections. Please note that you will see the role for the 2018/19 academic year so for the following level of study. For example if you are currently in Level 4 you would be putting yourself forward for Level 5 Course Rep role for the 2018/19 academic year.
Other roles are available in Societies and Sports Clubs where a full committee was not elected in the previous election.
