Elections

Elections 2018 are now over!

Leeds Trinity Students’ Union exists to support and represent each and every one of our students. To make sure we’re always doing this effectively we have annual elections where the Union’s members directly elect Student Officers whose job it is then to implement policy and to represent students to the University and to the local community.

During election week, you get to elect our two full time officers, our council members and a bunch of other leadership roles, so elections are your chance to decide what kind of union you’d like to see. This is your opportunity to have your say on who will represent your interests as a student.  You get to decide who leads the union and what you want the union to be focusing on for the next year.

We run our elections using the single transferable vote system – which you can find out more about here!
