In this workshop you will learn about the vicious cycle of avoidance, strategies to help build momentum and motivation, as well as explore activities that will help us to connect more deeply with what we want out of our life.
These are relaxed, informal and practical sessions. You will learn new tools, tips and strategies to help you manage your own mental health and wellbeing.
