Learning to Relax

Learning to relax your mind and body has so many health benefits.  It can improve our mood, our sleep, concentration…the list goes on.  But learning to relax is not just about putting our feet up and watching Net flix.  It’s a skill we need to learn it. In this workshop you will have the opportunity to experience and practice a number of different techniques designed to help reduce tension and improve your sense of wellbeing.
