Why not do something a bit different on your Wednesday afternoon? Come and take part in Wellbeing Wednesday on Microsoft Teams. Each week we will explore a new wellbeing topic with Kay Holdsworth the Wellbeing Practitioner at LTU. It's an opportunity to share ideas, connect with others and hopefully take away some useful wellbeing tools and strategies.
