World Meditation Day

Day to day life can be relentless and stressful! Taking 30 minutes from your day and focusing it on yourself can be one step in the right direction for a potential happiner and even healthier life. World Meditation Day is celebrated across the planet, it’s a way for many people to take the opportunity to press pause.

No prior meditation experience needed to join us, just take the time to do it. Check out Chris’ short video for a step by step guide into some breathing techniques and some stretch routines, if you’re not a meditator, perhaps taking 20 minutes and closing your eyes, relaxing and reflecting. (Don’t fall asleep).
