Manifesto
Vote For Your Voice
The reason I am running for Vice President is because I aim to work closely with all societies, sports clubs and all communities and specialise in making our students heard. I want everyone in their own community feel connected to the university as opposed to feeling distant. I believe I can be the person in the middle which can connect your concerns that you might experience or have experienced, to their solutions, helping you feel secured that your problems can and will be resolved.
Having been in and played in a major role of a sports club at this university during my studies, I can empathise and I'm aware with the problems you may face as a part of a community. Not only do I wish to take initative to solve these problems however I strive to prevent these problems in the first place by being your port of call, using my position to make sure you are heard by those who can positively impact your experience during your studies.
Coming into this role I want to give everyone the equal opportunity to excel in their respective areas and make sure you are recognised.
I believe this university has the potential to go further than it ever has before and that starts with building the relationships between our university and the different communities which represent it.
