BAME OFFICER ROLE VACANT

Promote diversity, equity and inclusion among students, and help create a supportive, inclusive campus for students from diverse ethnic and cultural backgrounds. You’ll:

• Advocate for the needs and concerns of BAME students and represent their voice at Student Council meetings
• Organise and lead initiatives and events that promote cultural awareness and celebrate students’ diverse backgrounds
• Develop and implement policies and programmes that promote diversity and inclusion in all aspects of campus life
• Make sure Union activities and services are accessible to BAME students
• Campaign, lobby and deliver activities that further their interests at the University and in the wider world
