I am going to suggest an entertainment event that celebrates Diversity and Inclusivity that can impact all genders from different cultures and ethnic backgrounds. The aim is to promote multicultural awareness to make tolerance and inclusion a priority. This is an opportunity for all LTU student participants to show-off their unique talents on stage. It gives students more confidence, builds discipline, develop social skills, poise and personality. By exposing students to the plurality of opinions, cultures, and backgrounds in their campus community can better equip them to succeed in their future workplaces and help them to enrich their own personal lives.
