As someone who struggles with their vision on a daily basis, I believe that it is important that we make the university a safer place for those struggling with their vision and other motor needs. Alongside vision struggles, I have a motor disability, which means I have to concentrate and take more care when walking up and downstairs. This means that I sometimes do not see the bottom or top step due to me making sure I do not lose my balance and trip. This issue that has not been noticed, affecting many others like me and I hope accommodation can suit all students, staff and visitors.
