Activities: Clubs and Societies
? Ensure the continuous promotion and engagement of existing clubs and societies throughout the academic year (Freshers, Refreshers, networking, etc!)
? Support and empower all students to create their own clubs, societies and communities so you can enjoy your university experience
? Create activities for students who don’t have an interest in clubs or societies to ensure that peer interactions are not lost
? Establish clear and transparent communication between the Students’ Union and all LTU students so we are kept up-to-date and supported!
Student Welfare and Sustainability
? Further the clear communication between the support services and students to make sure that no one is left to struggle alone. The support services should be easily accessible so that we can feel fully supported.
? Continue my current successful work surrounding disabilities and mental health to create an inclusive experience
? Make sure that your voice is listened to throughout all aspects of LTU
? Set up a sustainability group with LTU departments to collaboratively work with students so LTU can work towards being more sustainable through campaigns with areas such as accommodation, the library, catering, etc.
? Our university should aim to meet and continue to develop on the sustainable development goals to ensure that we are equal, eco-friendly, and happy.
